About Jo
Jo joined Robertson Baxter as a member of our Client Services Team in December 2023 and was recently appointed as Sales and Marketing Coordinator for the business. Jo’s role within RB is to work with advisers and directors to deliver effective sales and marketing activity that supports business growth.
Jo’s dedication and strong work ethic were recognised when she was named a finalist in both the 2025 and 2026 Yorkshire Financial Awards for Support Staff of the Year, a testament to her commitment and professionalism.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys staying active with Zumba and Pilates, going for walks, and spending quality time with friends and family.
