About Jo
Jo joined Robertson Baxter as a member of our Client Services Team in December 2023 and was recently appointed as Sales and Marketing Coordinator for the business. Jo’s role within RB is to work with advisers and directors to deliver effective sales and marketing activity that supports business growth.
Jo was delighted to win Support Staff of the Year at the Yorkshire Financial Awards 2026, having also been a named finalist in 2025. This recognition reflects Jo’s professionalism and commitment as well as the consistently high standard of support she provides.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys staying active with Zumba and Pilates, going for walks, and spending quality time with friends and family.
