Robertson Baxter’s two newest employees to their expanding team are settling in well. Elizabeth Leech and Audrey Piechura joined in October 2018 as Client Service Assistants, taking the total number of staff currently to 14.
As part of the Client Services Team, the newly-appointed Client Services Assistants are responsible for activities such as managing client enquiries, processing financial paperwork and preparing for client review meetings. The role is not an easy one, due to the complex nature of the work we do, however, they are rising to the challenge well!
Elizabeth Leech brings a wealth of experience to the company. She helped launch the first mortgage desk in 1986 and has over 35 years of Financial Services experience; 25 of these she was an IFA and 13 of these self-employed. She has worked for a number of employers including Yorkshire Building Society and HSBC. Elizabeth is CeMAP & Cert in Financial Services qualified and is currently studying towards the Diploma Level 4.
Elizabeth commented, “As a newcomer to the team, I have experienced the most professional and friendly working environment. I am a true believer that it is the people that make a successful business. Robertson Baxter practise and promote excellent behavioural cultures within the firm and this in turn encourages teamwork and energizes the workforce to deliver the best possible outcomes for both internal and external clients. I am so happy to be part of the Robertson Baxter business.”
Audrey Piechura joined the team after spending 9 years as the Personal Assistant of an IFA at Wren Sterling, a UK-wide Financial Services provider. Audrey has had a long career in the finance industry and brings a wealth of experience with her too. Previous employers include Allied Dunbar, Yorkshire Building Society and the Bank of Scotland where she worked as a National Account Manager for 14 years.
Audrey said, “I have been made very welcome by everyone and am enjoying the structured training that has been tailored to me, enabling me to become a competent member of the team.”
“We were delighted to welcome Elizabeth and Audrey to the team”Âť Operations Manager, Joanne Vaughan commented. “They have both settled into the team brilliantly, bringing valuable experience and different perspectives with them, which will enable us to continue improving our service to clients and will support us with our plans for growth. We look forward to continuing to support them in developing their roles over the long term with RB.”Âť
