The Results are in: 2021 Robertson Baxter Client Survey

Gaining individual client feedback is integral to what we do, but in 2021 we undertook our first survey with our clients as a full group.

We felt it was time to gain collective data to understand how we were doing, assess how aligned we are with what is important to them and gain any new insights for us to consider, especially following a year of servicing them remotely during a global pandemic.

The results were reassuringly positive and we are delighted to share the headlines below from the responses received. Massive thanks to our clients for taking the time to provide us with valuable feedback and having discussed the results with them individually, we now need to decide the timing of the next one!
