We are delighted to announce that advisers Stephen Baxter, Greg Robertson and Simon Shorthouse have all passed the Chartered Insurance Institute exam on Discretionary Investment Management. This together with previous exams means that Stephen now holds the Certificate in Discretionary Investment Management.
Stephen said “the client proposition that we have, which involves outsourcing to Discretionary Managers, means it is crucial that we understand economic factors affecting investment, the investment process and the ability to independently assess performance of the managers that we use. This qualification further supports the independent analysis which our clients value so highly”.
All three advisers intend to continue with their study with Greg and Simon looking to complete the Certificate in Discretionary Management and Stephen continuing to Chartered status.
