About Barney
Barney has been in Financial Services for over 7 years and has been at Robertson Baxter since April 2021. He started his career in a compliance role and has gone through the financial services process to understand the workings of the industry before joining Robertson Baxter as a Paraplanner in 2021.
Having worked as a paraplanner for two years and gaining a full understanding of the financial planning process, Barney moved over to the adviser team in October 2023 as a Trainee Adviser where he is developing his knowledge and skills to advise clients on investments, pensions, tax planning, estate planning and protection.
Barney is originally from Huddersfield and enjoys spending time with his family. He is a big football and Liverpool fan, as well as following Huddersfield Giants home and away. Barney spends his weekends playing football for a local team, watching basketball and socialising with friends.
