We have a new vacancy for a part-time Receptionist, to look after front-of-house and Facilities in our lovely office in Shepley, Huddersfield. The position is a temporary office-based one to cover maternity leave, 30 hours per week, hours of work 9am – 3.30pm Monday – Friday.
The successful individual will report directly to Joanne Vaughan, Practice Manager.
You will be a good match for this role if you:
- enjoy meeting people and providing clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome
- provide excellent customer service at all times
- enjoy administration work and completing a variety of tasks
- are able to work independently (once trained) without close supervision
- are exceptionally organised and can manage your workload to meet a range of multiple deadlines
- pay close attention to detail and work to high standards
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- demonstrates competencies which align with RB’s vision of excellence and associated values and operate in a way to support our culture
